Shipping Policy
ORDERS
To place your order, please select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your basket before completing your order. If the products are available, you will receive an automatic email with information regarding the preparation of your order. You'll be informed about the status and you will get an email confirmation on the address indicated in your account details.
PAYMENTS METHODS
We accept PayPal, which is safe and easy to use. You can also pay with a credit card — we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Apple Pay via Stripe. If you wish to pay via bank deposit, we will send you a proforma invoice and all the necessary bank account information. If the bank deposit is not received in 72 hours, your order will be cancelled. If you have any difficulties, please contact us.
CURRENCY
All our prices are in euros (€). The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and we reserve the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping is charged at a cost, as it appears on your order. We take great care in packaging to assure that shipments arrive damage free. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the items in your cart.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders include VAT. Please note that if your order is being shipped outside the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
DELIVERY
Ordered items will be shipped within 1-5 business days (if nothing else is stated in the product's information text). It normally takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach it's destination. Please note that international orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered. Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order. We ship orders using Slovenian postal service, DPD, GLS or DHL Express, depending on the size and weight of the package. You will have to sign for your package, so please make sure you will be able to receive it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with the purchase please do get in touch immediately. You must immediately inform us by sending an e-mail to hello.madeinyugoslavia@gmail.com in order for us to be able to fix the problem properly as soon as possible.
Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item. In the event that the you were unable to receive your package and it was returned to sender, we do not cover the costs of sending it once again.
We will not accept the return of any products if the item has undergone some damage, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until the return. You have 14 working days to return the product you have purchased.
Holiday return policy: items purchased during the month of December can be returned until January 15th of the following year.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello.madeinyugoslavia@gmail.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
